- 100 g Butter, soft
- 1 handful Ground elder leaves
- 0,25 piece Yellow pepper
- 3 piece Garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- Most people demonize the groundfish because it robs them of their last nerve in the garden. I love it because you can do a lot with it and it is pretty much the first in spring to hold its delicate leaves in the fresh air.
- Pluck the yolk leaves from the stalks, peel and roughly chop the cloves of garlic, cut the bell peppers into small pieces.
- Put everything together with the butter, pepper and salt in a tall container and puree finely with the magic wand.
- Chill until ready to use.
