Stock: Ground Elder, Paprika, Garlic Butter

  • 100 g Butter, soft
  • 1 handful Ground elder leaves
  • 0,25 piece Yellow pepper
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Most people demonize the groundfish because it robs them of their last nerve in the garden. I love it because you can do a lot with it and it is pretty much the first in spring to hold its delicate leaves in the fresh air.
  2. Pluck the yolk leaves from the stalks, peel and roughly chop the cloves of garlic, cut the bell peppers into small pieces.
  3. Put everything together with the butter, pepper and salt in a tall container and puree finely with the magic wand.
  4. Chill until ready to use.
