Stock: Honey Cucumber

- 500 g Freshly diced cucumber
- 150 ml White wine vinegar
- 150 ml Water
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard seeds
- 2 piece Bay leaves
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 75 g Honey liquid
- 1 branch Fresh dill
- Peel the cucumber and onion. If necessary, remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut the cucumber into small pieces. The onion in eighths.
- Bring the vinegar, water, mustard seeds, bay leaves, salt, honey and onion rings to a boil. Add the cucumber pieces to this brew and bring to the boil once.
- Fill the cucumber pieces into a sterilized glass and pour the stock over them. Put a two dill on top. Seal the jar and let the cucumbers steep for about a week before eating.
