Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g white chocolate
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g dark chocolate

without ice cream maker
Melt the white chocolate, half of the cream, and the milk in a double boiler while stirring. While the mixture cools, whip the remaining cream until stiff peaks form and fold it in. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for 2 hours. Place the dark chocolate in the freezer as well, so it doesn’t melt when grated. Finely chop the dark chocolate or grate it with a cheese grater. Fold it into the mixture and return it to the freezer for another 4 hours.
