Stracciatella ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 30 g chocolate (block chocolate)
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix together the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Once the machine has started churning, add the grated chocolate.
