Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 400 g milk
  • 12 g vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 80 g rum, 54%
  • 80 g chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Briefly whip the cream with an immersion blender until light and fluffy, then add the sugar and whisk. Add the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate shavings, and whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in the chocolate shavings by hand. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. The chocolate shavings will settle at first, but the ice cream maker will then distribute them evenly.
