Strawberries on salmon ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 8 slices of salmon ham
  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese, in one piece
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tsp olive oil, good
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the strawberries the day before and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and freshly ground pepper. Mix gently and refrigerate overnight. Arrange four slices of smoked ham on each plate. Arrange the strawberries on top of the smoked ham. Divide the lamb’s lettuce between the plates. Add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the strawberry juice. Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and let it sit for 15 minutes. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the salad and serve immediately.
