Strawberries with Cottage Cheese, Cider and Pistachios

- 150 g Quark double cream
- 100 Milliliters Tart cider
- 0,5 Vanilla pod scraped out
- 2 teaspoon Orange blossom honey
- 150 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Freshly chopped pistachios
- Mix the quark with the cider, honey and the pulp of the vanilla pod until creamy. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Alternate the strawberries and the quark in a glass bowl and sprinkle with the pistachios.
