Strawberries with fennel

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 small fennel bulb(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, maybe a little more
  • Salt
  • Kampot pepper, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the strawberries, quarter the larger ones, and halve the smaller ones. Remove the outer skin from the fennel, being careful to preserve the very tender fronds. Chop the fennel not very finely. Season the fennel with the strawberries, fennel fronds, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
