Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 100 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A delicious start to the day!

Peel the banana, halve it, and add it to the blender. Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, and add it to the blender. Measure the milk, add it to the blender, and blend. Add the oatmeal to the almost-finished smoothie and blend briefly again.
