Strawberry Cake Light Summer!
The perfect strawberry cake light summer! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Biscuit :
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Water
- 150 g Sugar
- 20 g Mondamine powder
- 20 g Macadamia nut fresh
- 20 g Ground hazelnuts
- 40 g Sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Cream:
- 200 g Cream cheese 2%
- 500 g Yogurt
- 200 g Pureed strawberries
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 cl Liquor 43
- 8 sheet Gelatin
Halve for decoration:
- 250 g Fresh strawberries
- Dark couverture
- Beat eggs, water + sugar for 10 minutes until frothy.
- Fold in the nuts, mondamin, flour and baking powder.
- Line the mold with baking paper, grease the edge. Pour in the dough and bake for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C. Let cool down.
- Put the gelatine in cold water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Mix Exquisa cream cheese 2% well with yoghurt.
- Puree the strawberries, add them. Stir in sugar.
- Dissolve gelatine, adjust, stir in. Put the cream in the fridge.
- Put the base on a cake plate, move the ring around. Pour in the cream, put in a cool place. Approx. 30 min.
- Place the strawberry halves on top. Cool for at least 3 hours
- Melt the couverture over a water bath. Pour into a plastic bag, cut off the corner, decorate as you wish.
