Mint Sorbet with Lemon Juice
The perfect mint sorbet with lemon juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Sugar fine
- 400 ml Water
- 2 bunch Leaves of mint
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- First, dissolve the sugar with the water while stirring, bring to the boil and allow to cool.
- Wash the mint, shake it dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Put as many leaves in the sugar syrup that they are just covered with it.
- Let the mixture stand for 24 hours, then strain it and stir in the lemon juice.
- Put the liquid in a container and let it freeze in the freezer for 4-5 hours, stirring several times.
- Cut the balls and serve in a bowl.
