Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Sugar fine
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 bunch Leaves of mint
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh

Instructions
 

  • First, dissolve the sugar with the water while stirring, bring to the boil and allow to cool.
  • Wash the mint, shake it dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Put as many leaves in the sugar syrup that they are just covered with it.
  • Let the mixture stand for 24 hours, then strain it and stir in the lemon juice.
  • Put the liquid in a container and let it freeze in the freezer for 4-5 hours, stirring several times.
  • Cut the balls and serve in a bowl.
