Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 lettuce (head)
- 500 g strawberries
- 150 g cheese (Emmental)
- ¼ liter sour cream
- Lemon peel, grated
- salt and pepper
- Sugar

very refreshing and delicious
Tear the lettuce into pieces, wash, and toss the leaves thoroughly. Wash the strawberries, drain, and remove the stems. Halve the strawberries and cut the cheese into sticks. Mix the cream with the finely grated lemon zest, salt, sugar, and pepper. Carefully mix the strawberries and cheese with the sauce. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
