Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 70 g butter
- 120 g butter biscuits
- 150 g dark chocolate coating
- 100 ml cream
- 250 g cream cheese
- 40 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp chocolate shavings, white or dark
- some oil, neutral for the plate and rings
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours
without baking
Melt the butter in a saucepan, finely crumble the biscuits, and mix well with the butter. Brush a flat plate thinly with oil, as well as the dessert rings. Place 4 dessert rings (approx. 10 cm in diameter) on the plate (I used two 8 cm and two 10 cm rings). Press the biscuit-butter mixture into the base and chill for about 30 minutes. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a warm water bath. Whip the cream until stiff. Once cooled, mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, and chocolate together, then fold in the cream. Wash and hull the strawberries, finely dice half, and fold into the chocolate mixture. Spread onto the biscuit bases and chill for about 3 hours. Slice the remaining strawberries. Remove the tarts from the rings and decorate with the strawberry slices and chocolate shavings.
