Cream tart with berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp muesli (granola)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tsp cream stiffener, optional
  • n. B. lemon zest
  • e.g. vanilla
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • n. B. Honey
  • 250 g berries

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 25 minutes

Warm the butter in a pan. When it’s melted, add the granola and stir until the butter is absorbed. Divide the mixture between six small molds and let cool. For the cream, place the mascarpone in a bowl and mix with the yogurt. Whip the cream until stiff, using the cream stabilizer if desired, and stir it into the cream. I don’t use sugar. Instead, I use a little lemon zest, vanilla, or cinnamon. If you like, you can sweeten with a little honey. Sort, trim, and chop the fruit, if desired. Layer the cream and fruit alternately on the granola bases and refrigerate. Let the tartlets set overnight. Garnish with berries before serving.
