Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 330 g strawberries
  • 180 g sugar
  • 250 g schnapps (grain)
  • 250 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for the Thermomix

Blend the strawberries and sugar in the Thermomix for 20 seconds on the “Turbo” setting. Cook the puree for 5 minutes at 80°C (speed 2). Add the cream and cornstarch and cook for another 5 minutes at 80°C (speed 2). Store the strawberry liqueur in the refrigerator.
