Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, ripe
  • 250 g sugar (white rock sugar)
  • ¼ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 lemon(s) – zest (grated)
  • 1 liter white rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the strawberries with the rock sugar, cinnamon stick, and lemon zest with the rum. Let it steep in a sunny windowsill for 4-5 weeks, then transfer to a beautiful liqueur bottle.
