Strawberry Cream Puffs À La Léa Linster

- 4 Cream puff
- 200 g Whipped cream
- 250 g Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Orange juice
- Beat the cream with one to two tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Eight strawberries in slices, cut the remaining strawberries into small cubes. Cut the cream puffs for the lid (1/3 and 2/3) and fill with a little cream.
- Then, if necessary, sweeten the strawberry cubes with a little sugar, drizzle with a splash of orange juice and fill the cream puff with it. Put the cream on top again with the piping bag and decorate with the strawberry slices in a star shape. Put the lid on and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
