Strawberry and Herb Quark Cream Puffs

The perfect strawberry and herb quark cream puffs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough

  • 1 Choux pastry mix
  • The ingredients listed on the package

For the filling

  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 400 g Cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Herb quark
  1. Prepare the choux pastry according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and use spoons to put the dough in small heaps – the size of table tennis balls – on the sheet. Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut horizontally in the middle.
  3. Clean and dice the strawberries. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and sweeten with vanilla sugar. Fold the strawberries into the cream and pour the mixture into the cut cream puffs and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  4. Fill the remaining cream puffs with herbal quark.
