Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 130 g strawberries
- 130 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mascarpone
- 80 g coconut milk
- 230 ml espresso, cold
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- ½ vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
- n. B. ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brew espresso and let it cool in the refrigerator. Wash the strawberries, remove the blossoms, and quarter them. Add the vanilla seeds from half a pod and all other ingredients to a blender and blend until the strawberries are pureed and a drinkable liquid is formed. Add ice cubes to taste.
