Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 650 g strawberries, fresh
  • 200 ml cream, 35% fat
  • Sweetener to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With only 4 ingredients, for the ice cream maker

Clean the strawberries, remove the stems and green leaves, and place them in a blender. Add the cream, sweetener, and vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and make the ice cream according to the instructions.
