Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- Pistachios, chopped, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Combine the strawberries, sugar, rose water, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1.5 hours. Break up the ice crystals with a fork and refreeze. Repeat this process two more times. Serve the sorbet sprinkled with pistachios.
