Strawberry Lassi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of frozen strawberries (300g)
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 150 ml milk, if you like, use more
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Very easy and quick to prepare.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a blender. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve. You can also make this lassi with other fruits, such as raspberries, wild berries, or blueberries. It also tastes delicious with fresh seasonal fruit. I would just add vanilla ice cream instead of milk to keep it nice and chilled.
