Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 1 liter of milk
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very refreshing on hot summer days

Peel, wash, and chop the strawberries. Then mash them with a potato masher. Add the milk and sugar, and serve. Refrigerate if necessary. It tastes very refreshing on hot summer days with buttered bread.
