Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g strawberries, pureed
- 50 g sugar
- 2 cl orange liqueur
- 200 g cream
- 2 sachets of Gelatinefix
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the strawberry puree with sugar and orange liqueur. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the gelatin fix. Fold the cream into the strawberry puree and chill the mousse for several hours. It’s delicious with chocolate tarts or ice cream. You can also use it for trifles, but then layer the mousse with chocolate biscuits or cake leftovers in glasses before chilling.
