Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • some vanilla sugar
  • some strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Mug cake

In a large, microwave-safe mug, first beat the egg. Then add the flour, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla sugar. Quarter the strawberries or at least cut them into small pieces. Stir them in, then microwave the filled mug for 2-3.5 minutes, depending on the microwave’s power. The cake can be eaten straight from the mug or served on a plate with ice cream, whipped cream, or a suitable sauce.
