Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g strawberries
- 150 ml fruit juice, red, e.g. red currants
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 100 ml apple juice
- 1 bottle of mineral water
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Sprinkle washed and hulled strawberries with sugar and let them sit, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Add mineral water and ice before serving.
