Creamy salad dressing

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ small can of condensed milk (light 4)
  • 1 cup of Creme Legere with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Despite its creaminess, it is not a calorie bomb

Pour the vinegar into a bowl and whisk with the sugar, a little salt, and pepper. Then, while stirring, slowly add the condensed milk. The sauce should be nice and thick and creamy. Then stir in the Becker Creme legere. Season again with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix the dressing with the salad. This is our standard salad dressing for iceberg lettuce with corn. It also goes well with lettuce, frisée, or a mixed salad. It’s just too heavy for lamb’s lettuce, as it practically “overwhelms” the salad.
