Strawberry-Rhubarb-Apples Milkshake
The perfect strawberry-rhubarb-apples milkshake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 Fresh rhubarb stick
- 3 kl. Apples
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Sprig of mint
- 1000 ml Pure buttermilk
- Wash the rhubarb, if necessary – pull off the threads (from bottom to top) and cut into small pieces. Wash, peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and roughly cut.
- Wash the strawberries in standing water. Remove / cut off the leaves and the stems with a sharp knife.
- Put the rhubarb, strawberries, sprig of mint and apples (only half of them) in a blender, pour 500 ml. Buttermilk over the top. Finally add oil and mix everything vigorously until a creamy and thick consistency is obtained. Repeat point 3 with the remaining ingredients.
- Let the “strawberry-rhubarb-apple milkshake” cool down briefly in the refrigerator, then fill it into glasses and serve decoratively.
