Sparkling Berry Punch

The perfect sparkling berry punch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Fresh strawberries
  • 80 g Fresh blueberries
  • 80 g Fresh raspberries
  • 80 g Fresh blackberries
  • 3 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 50 ml Pot, real overseas rum, – 54% vol.
  • 500 ml Rotkäppchen quality wine, rosé, medium dry, 12% vol.
  • 750 ml Rotkäppchen sparkling wine, medium dry, 11% vol.
  1. Wash the strawberries in standing water. Cut off the leaves and the base of the stalk, cut larger specimens in half. Wash the rest of the berries in standing water and let them drain.
  2. Place the berries one after the other in the punch bowl. Then add agave syrup, pot and well-chilled Rotkäppchen wine / stir and let it steep for a few minutes. “Chill” sparkling wine in the refrigerator
  3. Before serving, fill up with the cold sparkling wine and stir with the bowl scoop. Finally, taste whether the punch has the desired taste / sweetness. The “sparkling berry punch” is the perfect drink for hot summer nights or a party.
