Strawberry Rice Pudding

The perfect strawberry rice pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 g Rice pudding
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 Chocolate kisses
  1. Halve the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Put both with 70 g sugar, rice and milk in a large saucepan, bring to the boil. Let the rice swell over the lowest heat for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let the rice cool down. Remove the vanilla pod.
  2. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Squeeze the lemon, mix the strawberries with the juice and the remaining sugar (30 g) and put in the fridge.
  3. Remove the waffles from the chocolate kisses. Fold the chocolate mixture into the rice. Layer the milk rice and strawberries in 4 glasses. Serve garnished with waffles.
