Milled Potatoes

The perfect milled potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 piece Potatoes, organic
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dill chopped (fresh), or other herbs
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  1. Mix the sour cream with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Cook the potatoes in the skin until soft. Place 1 layer of baking paper (or greaseproof paper) on top of the paper, potatoes – peeled or peeled, depending on your mood. Brush with the sour cream mixture and the herbs of your choice, put a second layer of baking paper on top and roll it off with a rolling pin (with us roller walkers in Austria). Until the potatoes are flat. Peel off the top paper, serve on the bottom. It is especially nice if you also sprinkle a few flakes of salt over it at the end.
  2. I have eaten in one of my favorite restaurants many times, and I am thrilled every time – both by the taste and by how fun the preparation is. Your guests will love it as a side dish or main course with a salad. Put it in the middle of the table and sprinkle the potatoes with lettuce or strips of meat or pomegranate seeds and rocket ….. Funny food for simple evenings with friends – give it a try!
