Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g honey
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- 125 g mascarpone

Hull and slice the strawberries. Mix them with the maple syrup and let them sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Beat the egg yolks with the honey and vanilla until frothy. Gradually stir in the mascarpone. Mix the strawberries with the mascarpone cream and divide between 6 bowls.
