- 250 g strawberries, ripe and aromatic
- 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp lemon zest (organic), freshly grated
- 2 pinches of vanilla, real, ground
- 12 g chia seeds

Puree the strawberries with the lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Stir in the chia seeds and let the pudding set overnight in the refrigerator.
