Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries, ripe and aromatic
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ tsp lemon zest (organic), freshly grated
  • 2 pinches of vanilla, real, ground
  • 12 g chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Puree the strawberries with the lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Stir in the chia seeds and let the pudding set overnight in the refrigerator.
