Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g strawberries, frozen
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Vanilla flavoring or vanilla flavor drops or vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together. Be careful with the Flave Drops, as even a single dropperful is quite sweet. I use one dropperful, which is about the equivalent of one packet of vanilla sugar. If you want the shake to be a bit more filling, you can mix in 2-3 tablespoons of oatmeal and a little more yogurt or water to balance it out.
