Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 150 ml orange lemonade
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 600 g strawberries
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g jam (strawberry or raspberry jam)
  • 50 g white chocolate shavings
  • Grease for the tray
  • strawberries for garnishing
  • mint for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 55 minutes

For the batter, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer on high speed until frothy. Stir in the oil and lemonade. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift, and stir in. Spread the batter on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. Let the cake cool on a wire rack. For the topping, wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form. Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar, strawberries, and jam, and fold in the cream. Spread the mixture evenly over the cake and sprinkle with grated white chocolate. Decorate with strawberries and mint, if desired.
