Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (fusilli)
- salt water
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 1 tbsp oil (sunflower or vegetable oil)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. In a large pot, brown the ground beef in a little oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. After browning, add the tomato paste. Then fold in the pasta and season to taste. Serve with a delicious iceberg lettuce.
