Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml oil
- 150 ml orange lemonade
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 2 bowls of strawberries
- 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla or strawberry)
- 500 ml strawberry juice (Strawberry Pago – fruit juice with strawberry flavor)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and orange zest. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes, then let cool. Prepare a pudding according to the instructions, but use strawberry juice instead of milk. Spread the pudding on the cake base. Hull and quarter the strawberries from a small bowl and place them on the pudding. Let cool, then spread the whipped cream on the strawberries. Hull and puree the remaining strawberries, season with sugar if desired, and spread the puree over the cream. Chill for about 2 hours before serving.
