Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper
- Herbs (salad herbs), fresh or dried
- 5 drops of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 3 tbsp oil, depending on your taste olive oil, sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar, then gradually whisk in the oil. Mix in the pepper and salad herbs to taste.
