Strawberry Slices Tipsy
The perfect strawberry slices tipsy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Puff pastry
- 1 kg Fresh strawberries
- 1 packet Crème patisserie
- 1,5 dl Strawberry liqueur
- 0,5 dl Strawberry syrup dressed in water
- 2 dl Cream
- Strawberry cake topping
- Crème Patisserie is also used for cream slices with a vanilla flavor
- Cut the puff pastry into 6 parts and prick very well, sprinkle with sugar and place on a tray and bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20
- Prepare the strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces
- Mix the patisserie crème with 0.5 dl of well-sweetened strawberry syrup with water and mix 1.5 dl of strawberry liqueur, then whip in the 2 dl cream and mix in
- Spread the cream on the puff pastry base, spread the strawberries on top and brush with the strawberry cake topping. Put a dab of cream on top before serving
