Strawberry Spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • ¼ bunch basil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 150 g peas
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Roughly tear the basil leaves. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Pat the salmon fillet dry and dice it. Heat the crème fraîche. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Brown the salmon cubes and add the garlic. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Heat the salmon in the crème fraîche. Add the peas and 3/4 of the torn basil, simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes, and season with salt. Fold in the strawberries. Sprinkle with the remaining basil. Serve with the spaghetti.
