Strawberry stracciatella quark

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g quark
  • 500 g strawberries
  • powdered sugar
  • Liqueur, almond or orange liqueur
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut two-thirds of them into small cubes. Marinate the cubes with powdered sugar (to taste) and a little liqueur. Purée the rest with powdered sugar (to taste) and mix with the quark until smooth. Fold in the strawberry cubes and chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Vanilla sugar also tastes great instead of powdered sugar!
