Strawberry tart with quark cream

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 125 g quark
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 375 g quark
  • Sugar or sweetener as desired
  • 200 g cream
  • 500 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

super light and delicious

Grease muffin tins. Beat egg and sugar, then add oil, milk, quark, and salt. Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder and sift them in. Knead everything until smooth. Divide into 12 equal portions, roll out, and line the muffin tins. Bake at 200°C for about 1-15 minutes until golden brown. Season quark with sweetener to taste. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Quarter all but 12 beautiful strawberries and fold in. Scoop out the tarts with a spoon and place the crumbs in a bowl. Fill the tarts with the quark cream and garnish each with a strawberry. Sprinkle the crumbs over the tarts, pressing down lightly.
