Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 350 g strawberries, frozen (or frozen yourself)
- 150 ml orange juice
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and blend until smooth. If the mixture isn’t quite liquid enough, simply add a little more orange juice. It’s important that the strawberries are frozen. Depending on your personal preference and the acidity of the fruit, you can, of course, add a little more or less sugar. I also like to add a few drops of bitter almond flavoring to the drink.
