Strozzapreti with celery

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) Celery
  • 10 small cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • n. B. Celery greens
  • 2 tbsp Pecorino
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 180 g pasta (strozzapreti)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 48 minutes

Cut the celery into approximately 1 cm wide slices. Halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely chop the garlic and celery. Mix everything together, season generously with salt and pepper. Add the pecorino and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Let stand for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook the strozzapreti in plenty of salted water. Drain the water and mix the hot strozzapreti with the vegetables. Finally, drizzle with another 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
