Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 70g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Cut the deseeded tomatoes into small pieces and mix with finely chopped basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Season the passata with salt, pepper, and garlic. Drain the spaghetti and mix with the passata. Finally, top with the arugula and the tomato-garlic mixture. You have a light, flavorful summer dish reminiscent of vacation.
