- 2 avocados
- 150 g crabs, washed
- 1 lemon(s)
- n. B. Cress
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs

Very quick to make and delicious starter
Squeeze half a lemon. Wash the avocados, halve them, and remove the pit. Using a melon baller, form the flesh into small balls. Fill the avocado halves with the washed shrimp. Immediately drizzle with the juice of half a lemon. Slice the remaining half of the lime and the hard-boiled egg. Garnish the avocado halves with cress, lemon slices, and egg slices, and serve with the crème fraîche. This is very quick to make, making it an ideal starter if the main course is a bit more elaborate.
