Stuffed Baby Peppers on Buttered Rice

Ingredients
 

  • 10 Baby peppers
  • 150 g Pork minced meat fresh
  • 75 g Grated Emmental
  • 0,5 Chopped onion
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 cup Basmati rice
  • 0,25 tsp Ground turmeric spice
  • 1 Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the minced meat with the egg, cheese, onion and spices.
  • Remove the lid and seeds from the peppers. Fill with the mince. Fry in oil, then pour 1/4 liter of water. Cook for about 10 minutes. Thicken the sauce a little.
  • Cook rice with turmeric and salt. Finally stir in a piece of butter. -finished-
