Ingredients
- 10 Baby peppers
- 150 g Pork minced meat fresh
- 75 g Grated Emmental
- 0,5 Chopped onion
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 0,25 tsp Ground turmeric spice
- 1 Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Mix the minced meat with the egg, cheese, onion and spices.
- Remove the lid and seeds from the peppers. Fill with the mince. Fry in oil, then pour 1/4 liter of water. Cook for about 10 minutes. Thicken the sauce a little.
- Cook rice with turmeric and salt. Finally stir in a piece of butter. -finished-
