Stuffed Baby Peppers on Buttered Rice

The perfect stuffed baby peppers on buttered rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 Pc. Baby peppers
  • 150 g Pork minced meat fresh
  • 75 g Grated Emmental
  • 0,5 Pc. Chopped onion
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 Cup Basmati rice
  • 0,25 tsp Ground turmeric spice
  • 1 Pc. Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Mix the minced meat with the egg, cheese, onion and spices.
  2. Remove the lid and seeds from the peppers. Fill with the mince. Fry in oil, then pour 1/4 liter of water. Cook for about 10 minutes. Thicken the sauce a little.
  3. Cook rice with turmeric and salt. Finally stir in a piece of butter. -finished-
