Ingredients
 

  • 1 Baby turkey, ready to cook

  • 100 g Prunes
  • 100 g Dates, dried
  • 100 g Apricots, dried
  • 100 g Figs, dried
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g According to nuts
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 125 ml Orange juice
  • Salt pepper

  • 3 tbsp Walnut oil

Instructions
 

  • Finely dice the dried fruits and bring to the boil together with the orange juice. Add the butter, nuts and cinnamon and mix everything together well, season with salt and pepper - let cool down a little.
  • Wash the turkey inside and out, rub with salt and pepper. Pour the filling into the turkey and seal it with roulade needles.
  • Place the turkey in a roaster and roast in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 90 minutes.
  • Mix the oil and a little salt together and brush the turkey with it while it is roasting
  • Carve the turkey and serve it on preheated plates with side dishes (according to taste).
