Stuffed Turkey Escalopes
The perfect stuffed turkey escalopes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Turkey schnitzel
- 2 NS. Cooked ham
- 2 tsp Brunch paprika-hot pepper
- 2 tsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 Egg whisked
- Breadcrumbs for breading
- Knock the schnitzel larger with the meat tenderizer. Put the ham on top. Mix the brunch with 2 teaspoons of breadcrumbs. Spread on the schnitzel. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold up and fix with toothpicks.
- Season the meat and turn first in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until crispy all over.
