Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise or tartar sauce
- 2 slices of bacon
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, halve them, and place the yolks in a bowl. Add the mayo, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste, and blend everything until smooth. Using a piping bag, fill the egg halves with the mixture. Fry the bacon in a pan without oil until crispy, then cut it into small pieces and place them in the eggs.
